SERVICE GUARANTEE
At Lice N Dice, your satisfaction and a lice-free experience are our top priorities. If, within 30 days of your initial treatment, any signs of lice reappear on the treated individual, we’ll offer a comprehensive re-treatment at no extra cost, aside from the Home Visit Fee of $155.
To qualify for our guarantee, please ensure the following:

Screening & Treatment for All: All household members and occupants must be screened and treated if any are found positive—no exceptions, including your babysitter.

Aftercare Compliance: Follow our expert’s advice and use the recommended shampoos as directed.

Notify Contacts: Inform anyone you've been in contact with during the past 2 weeks about the infestation.

If lice or nits persist despite following these steps, collect them in a clear zip-lock bag with tape and bring them to us for verification. Our committed team at Lice N Dice will provide a thorough re-treatment and nit removal, ensuring your peace of mind at no additional cost, except for the home visit fee.

CLEAN AND DETANGLED HAIR REQUIREMENT
For the best results and a smooth experience, please ensure that the patient's hair is clean, detangled, DRY, and free of any products like gel or wax before our technicians arrive. Following these steps enables us to provide the most effective lice removal service. Please note that if the hair does not meet these conditions, an additional fee of $100 may be charged due to the extra time and effort required. In some cases, we may need to reschedule the appointment based on availability. We appreciate your cooperation in preparing for the appointment, as it helps us deliver the most efficient and effective lice treatment for you and your family.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
To confirm your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. You can easily book your appointment online through our website’s booking system. Please make sure to provide accurate and current information during the booking process.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that unexpected situations may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. If less notice is given, your deposit may be forfeited.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENCIALITY
We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality. Any personal information collected during the booking process or treatment will be managed in line with our Privacy Policy. We will never disclose or sell your information to third parties without your consent.
